If you really feel like challenging yourself, you should try to make one of these Micro Mini Doll Crochet Pattern. Look at how tiny that doll is!!!! Crazy! I don’t know If I have the patience or endurance in my hands for that, but she’s so sweet and little, I just might try!

At a slightly larger size, this Amigurumi Fairy Crochet Pattern is also from Pink Mouse Boutique, but still a pretty small doll, depending on the yarn size you choose to use. I love the sweet details on this adorable little fairy. I know so many little girls who love to bring tiny sets of toys with them wherever they go. This would make a delightful little gift for a little girl to have a sweet little fairy to carry along with her in her tiny purse!

Or make a Flamingo Crochet Pattern, obvs. I love quirky stuffed animals! No one expects a flamingo stuffy, and certainly not one that you made! What a fun way to surprise and delight someone for a baby shower than with an adorable flamingo amigurumi! I think this stuffed animal would make a great “grow with me” doll to take month-by-month photos with your baby as they grow. Then you can compare the size of the baby to the size of the stuffy in each photo. So cute.

Or if you’re feeling the Canadian love, try this Beaver Amigurumi Crochet Pattern. You still have plenty of time to whip up this sweet pattern in time for Canada Day! I love the extra embroidery stitching on the tail, which really helps this little creature to read beaver, as well as the sweet little felt teeth.

Or if you’re up for a really quick project, why don’t you try this Red Fox Amigurumi Crochet Pattern? I love the fat tail and the wee little mouth on this adorable little ball-shaped amigurumi! They’re so quick to make up, you can easily make up a skulk of foxes to display or play with!

The same pattern designer, Mohustore, also has this Dinosaurs Crochet Pattern Set, which is a delightful set of tiny ball-shaped dinosaur patterns. So sweet! Such fun little toys for a little one to travel with!

Maybe you’re staying home a lot these days. What better time to have a new pair of slippers! But it’s also summer coming up really quick here, so why don’t your make yourself these Women’s Chunky Gladiator Slippers Crochet Pattern? Open-toed and sandal-like, these are the perfect summer slippers, for avoiding the crumbs the littles are leaving everywhere and treating yourself to a cute pair of slippers!

Or you could whip up one of these Star Stitch Pouches Crochet Pattern! I love a little pouch to hold my make up and crochet hooks and to organize my handbag! Also, you could crochet some of those tiny toys and present them all zipped up in one of these adorable pouches! Storage supplied! (I love things that come with storage!)

If you’d like to take advantage of the cooler weather to start making for the fall, the Granite Poncho Crochet Pattern from All About Ami is cozy poncho to keep warm on cool spring or fall days. I love that this poncho has pockets!!! Pockets are the best!

For a similar style, but a little quicker crochet, this Cowl Neck Capelet Crochet Pattern will crochet up quickly and not add too much bulk.

Or perhaps you’d like to be preparing for warmer days on a cool rainy day. Isn’t this Boho Lacy Sarong Crochet Pattern just lovely? How cute would that be at the beach or just a sunbathing day in your backyard?

Lemons!!!

You know what they say: When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! Or lemon-inspired crafts! I’m on a bit of a lemon kick these days. I actually love the actual fruit. I love to have a wedge of lemon squeezed in my water… delicious! But I also love all the pretty lemon things. I want to add a bit of a pop of lemon to my new bathroom, so I’ve been exploring lemon crafts to include (and also, I get wandering a little bit, so some of these are definitely not suitable for the bathroom). I hope you enjoy this lemon-inspired crafty round up!

I just love this impressive Lemon Tea Cosy crochet pattern! The pile of lemons on top are so real looking with their little stem end! And I love the subtle little nod to experienced crocheters who would recognize the stitch in the body of the tea cosy as the lemon peel stitch. Super cute. It would look so fun in my kitchen!

Or check out this super great vintage set of lemon patterns for the kitchen! A rug, potholders, stool covers, and placemats. What a fun set of patterns. I love the simple in the round design, but with the little teardrop shape of the lemon! Such a fun pattern idea! Great vintage lemony vibe!

You don’t just have to decorate with lemons, you can make knitwear, as well! Check out this adorable lemon knitting hat pattern! This cute little hat may look a little complicated, but there’s just some simple shaping at the crown to give it that lemony profile and a little stem and leaf to top it off. It would make a great gender-neutral baby shower gift and comes in 4 sizes: 0-3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 2T.

For a slightly different profile for a darling Lemon Hat knitting pattern, you could try this one. Which one do you prefer1? I like the rolled rim of the second one, but I think either one would make an adorable baby gift!

Or you can crochet a cute little lemon treasure cake! I don’t think the photos do justice to this stunning piece of art! How fun would it be for a little girl to have a cute little lemon cake decoration, but to be able to fill it with her little treasures!? What if that little girl was in her 40s… that wouldn’t be so bad, right? Love this adorable crochet pattern!

On a more practical note, this Lemonade and Limeade Crochet Coaster Pattern is a fun and summery crochet pattern to rest your lemonade and keep it from sweating all over your furniture!

One of the options for decor in my bathroom is a small piece of embroidery. I’ve never been the most avid embroidery fan, but I do love the look of some of the options out there these days, like this Lemons Cross Stitch Pattern. I think it would look sweet hanging in my new bathroom (still not done yet: working madly!)

< nopin = “nopin”/figure>

I think I like this pretty little Lemon Tree Embroidery Pattern even more though. I love the pretty flowers and the different stitches included here. The beauty of a pdf pattern like this is that you can buy it and download it and get working on it if you already have the supplies in your craft room!

I also found this super cool C2C graph for a lemon slice blanket. I love the close-up and modern feel of this lemon. C2C stands for corner to corner, which means you start in the corner and work through the graph diagonally is not something I have done much of, but it does kind of interest me. Perhaps when I’m up and ready again for another big project! I tell ya, renos take a lot out of a girl!

I’ve been thinking about play food amigurumis in a new way recently. I think they’re so adorable, but my kids are too old to be interested in playing with crocheted food, so I’ve been thinking that perhaps I could insert a sponge in them for filling and make them out of cotton and put them by the sink in the kitchen or the bathroom to clean with. What do you think? I think this Amigurumi Lemon Crochet Pattern would be a perfect candidate for such use. If you have ever done this, please let me know any tips or tricks you have!

Perhaps a whole lemon would be a bit easier to get a handful of suds to clean the dishes in the kitchen? What do you think? Also, this little Lemon crochet pattern is a great deal: under $1.50 CAD (so that’s probably like $1 USD!)

There’s also this super tiny lemon wedge crochet play food amigurumi pattern! It looks like it’s almost as small as a real lemon wedge! This designer has such mad crochet skills! What a great looking pattern! It uses a 1.4 mm crochet hook (which is pretty small!), but look at the final result! This would make such a fun addition to a crochet play food set!

These adorable lemon slice crocheted pillow patterns would make a fun addition to any outdoor space! I love bright and cheery deck decor, so I think I could easily add one of these cushions to my deck! What a fun idea. It could be a great addition to a kids’ bed as well.

And I just had to include this darling Lemon-inspired crocheted doll pattern! I love everything about this sweet little doll, including her lime wedge pony-tail holders, her fun pigtails and adorable little smile! This sweet little doll would make a lovely handmade gift and looks like a ton of fun to make!
