If it’s baby’s first Christmas, baby needs a stocking, right? Baby should start life right with a handmade crocheted stocking from you! I’m quite fond of this crocheted stocking pattern with this tree design. Simple and unique! It looks like it’d be easy enough to make one for the whole family!

There’s no better combination to inspire you to turn on some Christmas tunes and get to work on making some Christmas gifts for the lovelies in your life. My kids are almost out the stuffy-loving years, but just about anyone has a soft spot for a soft handmade toy. Check out these adorable patterns I’ve found for you today!

There’s this sweet Lamb crochet pattern by Little Owlet Shop. I know a couple people who love little sheep, so this would suit them just great! I love the textured bobble stitch on the body!

I often start too late and end up either crocheting long hours and late night or having to go with a store-bought back up plan (or–and you’re welcome to use this idea– giving handmade gift cards for a handmade item… which then gives me the Christmas break to keep working!)
