Frankie the Zombie Teddy Bear is an adorably terrifying little stuffed toy to make any kid react with both affection and disgust. I love the patchwork and stitches all through the doll. So creative!

This Zombie Unicorn is a great Halloween-themed stuffed toy crochet pattern with crazy, bugged-out eyes and mesmerizing lollipop accessories. I love the yellow that dsMouseBears chose for this sample; it’s so creepy!

Amigurumi Zombirina is a fun choice for a little ballerina who loves creepy and cute things! I love her crazy hair! The pattern is available in both Spanish and English and is pretty small, designed with a 2.00 mm hook, but you could make her with any size yarn you’d like! That’s the great thing about dolls… as long as your gauge is consistent, it doesn’t really matter if you’re making it in the size written.

This Zombie Boy pattern is also a super fun pattern with large buck teeth and buggy eyes, he’s the perfect pattern to make when one of your favourite kids has requested a zombie stuffie!

This cute little Flap the Bat Amigurumi Crochet Pattern is a little less on the creepy side and a little more on the adorable side, especially with his rosy little cheeks!

This happy little Voodoo Doll crochet pattern would make a super fun pincushion, don’t you think?! We don’t all need little tomatoes to hold our pins, right? Why not a voodoo doll?!

This adorable Skeleton Teddy Bear is another loveable, but creepy looking stuffed animal by Krawka which is perfect for Halloween. How fun would it be to adorn your house with some creepy little stuffed animals as decorations?

Here’s a crocheted version of the Zombie from Plants vs Zombies, so if you have a gamer in your life who loves Plants vs Zombies, this little character would make a perfect creepy gift!

You can’t talk about creepy and cute characters without Jack Skellington! My eldest loves the Nightmare Before Christmas. This little doll here is a finished product and I couldn’t find a pattern for it, though he’s pretty similarly shaped to the Zombie above, that you could probably get a reasonable facsimile if you made a few changes.

I did find this Jack Skellington as Santa crochet pattern, which I think my kid would really love. It might make a super fun Christmas gift (secrets, please! Don’t spill the beans to my kid!).

First off, check out this adorable bat pattern from the Etsy shop, Manuska. I love the lacy wings on this crocheted bat doll: such a unique feature! And she’s just so sweet worked up in the pink and grey with the little bow on her head! Not like a gross, dusty real bat at all!

How are these little guys for adorable and non-scary Halloween amigurumi? Have you ever seen such cute little dolls? What a fun trio of costumed dolls. And you can get all three patterns together here. So cute.

If little ghosts are more your thing, check out this adorable little ghost amigurumi pattern. So sweet! He looks like he would work up really quickly for a last minute project… or maybe some little treats for the special trick-or-treaters in your neighbourhood!

Not wanting to leave my knitters in the lurch, if you’re a knitter, you should also check out this fabulous and sweet knitting pattern for a pumpkin-costumed stuffed bunny! So sweet! (I think I had a costume just like this one when I was little!)

Here’s another sweet little adorably innocent-looking Halloween pumpkin: it’s already crocheted up for you so you don’t have to do any work, but I’m sure you could find another pattern and modify it to make up a similar one for yourself if that was more your thing.

Just because monsters are usually scary, doesn’t mean they have to be. While these crocheted monsters with an underbite definitely sport a grumpy expression, there’s no denying they’re absolutely loveable!

Another adorable monster!!! This little monster-costumed doll crochet pattern would make a sweet little handmade gift for any child! Does she remind you of the little girl in Monsters Inc? Maybe not scary… definitely cute.

This sweet little monster looks shy and scared himself: no way he’s scaring anyone else! This little stuffed toy would make a fetching addition to any nursery! Perfect unique handmade gift for a child!

If you like these patterns, you should go pick one up from Etsy. There are many more adorable Halloween amigurumi patterns that I didn’t have time to tell you about. Etsy also has plenty of other Halloween inspiration here.
